Epic Store Return and Refund Policy

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in original condition
• The item must be in original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase

Non returnable items:

• Used or damaged items
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items

 Refund process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
• If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days
• Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs:

• Shipping charges are non refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or wrong items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund
